Fundraiser on Wednesday, November 6th at 6:30 PM. This year, we’re hosting the event at the Tampa Bay
River Center, where a memorable and picturesque evening awaits. The River Center’s distinctive charm and
ambiance promise an unforgettable experience.

Savor a gourmet multi-course dinner combo crafted by Tampa’s local Celebrity Chef Rosana Rivera & Chef
Ricardo Castro of The Chef & The Baker, alongside Tampa River Center’s preffered Catering Team, CBK
Catering and Chef Eric Vigil. The Tampa Bay River Center provides an elegant and unique setting with stunning
backdrops of downtown Tampa on the Riverfront. Guests will enjoy creative photo opportunities, participate
and shop in an elevated silent auction and live auction, and be inspired by impactful mission stories within
our Tampa Community.
DINNER THEME & IMPACT
Our theme for the evening is “Grow Together.” This event embodies our commitment to creating meaningful
and lasting change for families in need through collective effort. We believe we “Grow Better Together!”
Deadline to buy dinner tickets is Wednesday, October 30th, 2024.
Event attire is business casual or cocktail.
All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

MEET THE CHEFS
Celebrity Chef Rosana Rivera & Chef Ricardo Castro, The Chef & The Baker
Chef Rosana & Chef Ricardo have been delivering premier catering and dining experiences in the Tampa Bay area for the past 18 years. This duo has been the powerhouse behind Tampa’s most popular restaurants in the past 10 years including Piquant, Xilo Mexican & Chef & The Baker.
Over the course of their careers Chef Rosana & Chef Ricardo have been featured in Tampa Bay Business Journal, Tampa Bay Metro, Creative Loafing, Tampa Bay Times, and Friends of the James Beard Foundation, winning several awards and business recognitions. Most recently, Chef Rosana competed with Chef Ricardo in Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay, advancing to face Bobby Flay and beating him with her signature beef empanadas. The wining recipe is featured in Flay’s September 2021 cookbook Beat Bobby Flay, Conquer the Kitchen with 100+ Battle Tested Recipes. Chef Rosana has also been featured in the TODAY show. Not to be outshined, Chef Ricardo competed in Disney + Foodtastic.
Executive Chef Erik Vigil, CBK Catering
Chef Erik Vigil's culinary journey began in the warmth of his family’s kitchen in Puerto Rico, where his love for cooking was cultivated from an early age. Surrounded by the rich traditions of his heritage, Erik found inspiration in the simplest of moments.
With a fierce determination to pursue his passion, Erik moved to New York, intent on learning from the world’s most esteemed chefs. During his years of apprenticeship, he worked at some of New York’s most celebrated establishments, including Perry St, Spice Market, The Dutch, Carbone, and Eleven Madison Park, the revered restaurant crowned as the Best in the World by the 50 Best Restaurants list. Each experience sharpened his skill, mastered the intricate dance of precision and creativity, refining his cooking to the highest levels.
Chef Erik brought his talents to Tampa, Florida, where he quickly became an influential force in the local dining scene. His visionary approach played a pivotal role in the fine-tuning and opening of over 9 successful restaurant concepts across the Tampa Bay Area. Now, in partnership with CBK Catering and Events, Chef Erik is channeling his vast experience into the world of catering, where he is committed to crafting exquisite, refined cuisine that elevates every event into an unforgettable experience.
